INTRODUCTION

Deru Wind Energy Cable-Wind Turbine Generator Cable|Application Scope:

The rated voltage is 1.8/3kV and the twist-resistant flexible cable for wind power generation is suitable for power transmission and electrical control of grid-connected wind turbines. It is especially suitable for installation in special parts that need to withstand frequent twisting requirements between the nacelle and the tower. Mainly It is used for power transmission between the stator winding and rotor winding of the generator and the ground step-up transformer.

AVANTAGES

1. It has good low temperature resistance and wear resistance, as well as fatigue resistance, weather aging resistance, microbial resistance, and good corrosion resistance to oils and chemicals. Ordinary cables do not have wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

2. Excellent torsion resistance and bending performance: The finished cable can withstand four forward and reverse rotations each, and a torsion angle of 1080°, no less than 10 times in a low temperature environment of -25°C, -40°C or -55°C. The 10,000-time torsion resistance test requires that the conductor will not break and the sheath surface will not have cracks after the cable test. Ordinary cables are not suitable for twisting at low temperatures.

3. Applicable ambient temperature is -45℃～+110℃, operating temperature is -55℃～+110℃.

4. The laying temperature of cables should not be lower than -30℃.

5. Cable bending radius: not less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable for fixed installation, and not less than 5 times the outer diameter of the cable for mobile installation. The bending radius of ordinary cables is 20 times the outer diameter of the cable.
